Charmane M. Perry
Black | Woman | PhD
Africologist. Writer. Storyteller.
As an Africologist, my work is committed to telling the stories and experiences of people of African descent in a way that centers their voices and positions them as givers and creators of knowledge. I seek to explore and understand the diverse experiences of Black life, culture, and history and share those stories in a manner which continues to center the lived experiences of Black people in the African diaspora.
